Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your eVcardz for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
RETURNS
All returns must be postmarked within one (01) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original box and labels attached.
RETURN PROCESS
To return an item, please email customer service at support@evcardz.in to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving an RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging, and mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your eVcardz, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least Five (5) working days from the receipt of your eVcardz to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
EXCEPTIONS
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Damaged
- Re configured eVcardz
- Activated eVcardz
- Beyond 01 days after purchase
- Customized Product
For defective or damaged eVcardz, please contact us at the contact details below to arrange a refund or exchange.
EXCEPTIONS
Sale or discounted eVcardz are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or cancelled.
Cancellation Policy for eVcardz:
We understand that circumstances may arise where you need to cancel your order. Please review our cancellation policy below:
Customized Product Orders:
- Cancellation is allowed within 24 hours from the date and time of order placement.
- After 24 hours, cancellation requests for customized products will not be accepted as they enter production shortly after order placement.
Non-Customized Product Orders:
- Cancellation is allowed within 24 hours from the date and time of order placement, similar to customized products.
- Once your non-customized product has been shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted. This is because the product is already in transit to you.
Cancellation Process:
- To cancel your order within the allowed timeframe, please contact our customer support team via email or phone with your order details.
- Cancellation requests must be made by the person who placed the order and include the order number for reference.
Refund Policy:
- If you cancel your order within the allowable time frame, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
- Refunds for canceled orders will be processed within 3-5 business days after the cancellation request is approved.
Exceptions:
- In case of any exceptional circumstances, eVcardz reserves the right to review and consider cancellation requests beyond the stated policy. Decisions will be made on a case-by-case basis.
